Student Counselling Service

The Counselling Service is here to help if you are worried or unhappy.

Counselling is a ‘talking therapy'.  This involves the counsellor helping the client explore the problem and move forward.

The intention is to provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential setting to enable people to talk freely and openly.  Individuality is valued and difference respected.

Sometimes, talking the issue through with somebody completely outside of the situation is enough to put it into perspective.
