Wellbeing is about feeling balanced, content and being able to get things done.  It’s normal now and then for there to be areas of your life that fall short of this.  If you are experiencing difficulties, you may want to look at what you can do to resolve them.

Welfare support If you have an issue on any subject and you want to talk to someone and work out what to do next, then book an appointment with a Welfare Adviser.

Back on Track If you are falling behind with your studies, or think you may be on the wrong course, contact Back on Track.  You will be able to discuss your situation and work with and adviser to find the best solution for you.  Drop in details
 
Counselling This is for when you want to explore issues that are affecting your life.  The counsellor will help you find clarity, greater understanding and will work with you to find a resolution. Drop in details
 
Group workshops Low confidence or fear of making presentations can hold you back.  Group workshops offer an opportunity to meet people in a similar situation and here you can develop new skills together.
