Of the ‘top 10 reasons for going to uni’*, students say the most important is to improve job opportunities. So you might be interested to know that an impressive 94% of our undergraduates find employment or go on to further study within six months of graduating, which is higher than the national average, and their average starting salary is £18,300.

Still not convinced? Well it’s also worth knowing that in an independent report by Unistats**, Huddersfield came top out of all Yorkshire universities for graduate-level employment, and was ranked joint 16th out of all 127 universities in the UK.  What’s more, lots of our individual subjects achieved first place for graduate-level employment – which is pretty impressive.
