This scheme is not about simply observing classroom practice and it is not about evaluating the practice of colleagues.
Anyone involved in teaching and learning, support staff and academic staff as long as they are involved in some aspect of delivery or design/support of delivery.
Contact the Teaching and Learning Institute and register an interest in the scheme (firstname.lastname@example.org). You can specify which School, subject, course, member of staff that you would like to learn more about. Simple professional curiosity is a perfectly valid reason for taking part.
