Please find below the payment arrangements offered by the University of Huddersfield for the payment of tuition fees
Where your tuition fees are to be paid in part or full by an employer, the employer or sponsor should provide the University with written confirmation on letter-headed paper. The letter should include your full name and the full invoice address. Where tuition and related fees are to be paid in part only, the amount to be paid by the employer should be clearly stated. The letter should be given, or forwarded, to the Student Finance Office.
Employers will be invoiced for the appropriate fee as soon as possible and the invoice will be payable within 28 days of the invoice date. We regret that we are unable to allow employers to pay in instalments.
Acceptable payment methods are cash / cheque / credit card / debit card / bankers draft / BACS / Swift transfer.
Cheques should be made payable to the University of Huddersfield HEC.
Please write your full name, date of birth and student number (if known) on the reverse of the cheque.
