eLiblogo Phoenix is a collaborative project involving South Bank University (Lead Partner), De Montfort University and the University of Huddersfield. Additional support has been provided by the Open University and Rank Xerox.

Phoenix is within the On Demand Publishing Area of the eLib Electronic Libraries Programme established by the Joint Information Systems Committee.
