HCR is a CD/DVD and media label which was initiated in September 2009 as a partnership between the University of Huddersfield Press, Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival (hcmf//) and CeReNeM. To-date the catalogue comprises 5 titles representing the work of composers at the University of Huddersfield, composers and performers associated with hcmf//, and postgraduates.
