Janet worked in the financial services and logistics sectors prior to joining the University. She has also been an active member of several external steering groups and committees during her time at the University, including:

Currently supervising PhD students across a range of Organisational Behaviour areas (culture, approaches to management, TQM in Iran, Change management and leadership in the Libyan airline industry).
