Notes on the Ask a Librarian service

This service is aimed primarily at members of the University of Huddersfield. However we will also respond to academic queries from outside the University at our discretion, particularly in subject areas where we are particularly strong. We aim to respond to your question within two working days. The response may take longer if the question is complicated.

Data protection

This service uses QuestionPoint, a global reference service. If our staff are not able to answer your query, they may forward it to another library. Only the information needed to answer the question will be sent and personal information will be removed. Personal information will only be used to respond to your question.
