Please follow the University's Personal Data Incident Procedure for reporting any data breach incident. Personal Data Incident Procedure

In the event of a personal data breach, you can report this via the Data Protection Portal. 

If you are not a member of staff, please fill in the Data Breach Evaluation Form.
