The University of Huddersfield is delighted to announce the development of a Russian British Business Centre (RBBC) to help foster relations in Russia and other post Soviet states. The RBBC can support British businesses through partnership with the University of Huddersfield, to develop business opportunities in Russia through a variety of services.
Our aim is to:
- develop active links with both academic and business organisations in Russia. Through these we aspire to foster economic and cultural co-operation with a number of regions in Russia. A number of links are already in operation, contact the centre for more detail.
- help develop and support commercial and cultural activities in Russia itself. Through these we can open up opportunities for British businesses in Russia, and links back to British businesses from Russia.
- engage both UK and Russian employers in the educational process to develop the cultural understanding to help these links prosper.
The RBBC is actively working with government, civil society organisations, research centres, educational establishments, the private sector and public sector organisations.
