The Staff Development Unit provides development support to individuals, Schools and Services. This provision focuses on supporting the delivery of the University Strategy and the Human Resource Strategy.
Our Services include: a comprehensive in-house training, development and networking programme; information and advice relating to external programmes and support in identifying external providers; design and delivery of tailored facilitated events; professional advice and support on all development related matters; brokering of mentoring and coaching partnerships; design and delivery of university staff conferences and we also look after our IiP re-assessment.
