Campus support

The main Campus Support office is located in the Estates Building.

Courtney McAuley, the Acting Campus Services Manager, with assistance from the Campus Support Supervisors and Campus Support Officers, ensures the smooth operation of the University's day to day activities including: -

• Opening / Locking Buildings
• Driving requests
• Campus Cleaning (- monitoring of)
• Furniture moves / Room Set Ups
• Miscellaneous - see details
• Security

Campus Support Officers (CSOs) are available between the hours of 06.00 - 21.50 Monday to Thursday and 06.00 - 20.50 on Friday. CSOs are also available on campus at the weekend, in term time only.

To request assistance from the CSOs please e-mail Estates General Enquiries indicating the contact name and telephone number, room number and a description of your requirements or you may contact the Campus Support Supervisors direct.  Please remember to allow as much time as possible for us to facilitate your requirements.  If the job is an emergency please contact the Estates Help Line on ext 2550.
