Administration

Located in the Estates Building, Sara Hughes and her team, Diane Bilinski, Brian Bramall, Jenny Fulcher, and Linda Midgley are responsible for the day to day administration requirements of Estates and Facilities. Linda Midgley and Sue Snowball are based in the University Reception which is located adjacent to the Harold Wilson Building.

Open between 08.00 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 16.00 on Friday, the Estates Administration Team ensure that the administrative procedures of Estates and Facilities are followed including general office duties, purchase order processing (including day to day, HEFCE funded, long term maintenance and externally funded projects) and general enquiries including the help line.

The University Reception is open between 08.30 and 17.15 Monday to Friday. This "front of house" service offers a meet and greet service to visitors to the University and deals with general enquiries from staff and students. Staff should make all their car parking reservations through this service.
