It is relevant to practioners from the public, private or not-for-profit sectors.
The course will help improve your professional recognition and offer opportunities for career development. It centres around exploring the latest issues in HR and is part of a journey of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) that will transform your professional practice and value to your employer.

Much of our teaching and assessment is based on your own professional context and the real-life issues and challenges you face. It is designed to equip you with the skills needed in your workplace. We have a focus on skills development and work-related projects. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of your own workplace through using it as a case study, and we’ll help expand your practical skills and group working skills.
Just as important is the informal learning that takes place through your networking and sharing of ideas with like-minded fellow practitioners students.
Assessment is designed to reflect the range of new and improved skills you will gain, through a mix ture of exams, practical projects, written assignments and a business-focussed report (which could be based on the context of your own work environment).
