The library is internationally recognised for its work on impact data and we have held the Customer Service Excellence standard for many years.
We are constantly improving our IT infrastructure which operates at availability levels above 99.99%. We have invested heavily in many of the best of breed applications. We have a strong ethos of utilising our IT systems to deliver efficiencies within the organisation and always have an eye on innovative technologies and how they could be utilised.
