The University of Huddersfield is accredited by Customer First on a bi-annual basis, it is important to both the university and all staff involved in business support and development that we deliver a service that support and meet the needs of our customers.
We have recently implemented Customer Relationship Management at the University to support us in delivering the best service to you, our customers.
If the University does not have the appropriate expertise then our policy is that our business support staff will refer your enquiry to an appropriate alternative provider, depending on the type of request.
