6. Huddersfield offers the highest number of jobs to students and graduates than any other university in the region. We run the most successful ‘Jobshop’ in Yorkshire and Humberside and topped the two most recent surveys in October 2010 and January 2011.
7. We have fantastic libraries - Library Services at the University’s Huddersfield, Barnsley and Oldham campuses have been awarded the government’s new Customer Service Excellence standard.
8. Research is important to us and we are home to several internationally recognised research groups such as the Centre for Precision Technology.
